No Update Selected in Channel Mapping
Information on why Quote Reservations are received when No Update is ticked in RMS.
Selecting the 'No Update' option in Channel Mapping for a particular connection prevents RMS sending any further updates of rates or availability for that Category & Rate Type combination.
If updates of rates and inventory were previously being updated by RMS and this option is ticked, the previous inventory and rates sent from RMS will not be able to be refreshed.
This can cause disparity on the connection if no manual action was taken as RMS will be unable to keep the channel updated with the most current availability.
