    Guest Portal Device Registration

    Register a device for Digital Check-in using the Guest Portal in RMS.

    Digital Check-in provides paperless guest registration during on site check-in using a Digital Registration Card.

    Digital Check-in provides paperless guest registration during on site check-in using a Digital Registration Card.

    Using an onsite device registered for Digital Check-in guests can complete the Pre Check-in, Guest Declaration & Guest Registration on the property's device or scan the QR code on the displayed screen to complete the registration process on their personal device using the Guest Portal.

    Guests can also complete the Pre Check-in, Guest Declaration & Guest Registration by logging into the Guest Portal ahead of their arrival at the property.

    A copy of the Digital Registration Card including the guest's signatures can be viewed on the reservation's  'Correspondence' tab.



    An RMS User is required to register a device for the Interactive Guest Portal.

    Setup

    1. Visit the Interactive Guest Portal on the device for Digital Check-in.
    2. Enter the RMS Client ID, Username & Password.
    3. Select 'Login'.
    4. Select a Property.
    5. Enter a Device Name.
    6. Select 'Register Device'.



    The registered device will display the Digital Registration Images setup in RMS and remain available for Digital Check-in until logged out.
