Information
Owner Statements detail the Owner Income and other related expenses for any Owned Areas in RMS.
Owner Income is the money to be paid to the owner for any reservations in their Owned Areas.
Category and Area are default System Labels that can be customised.
The label of 'Statement / Tax Invoice' may vary depending on the region of the property.
Users will require Security Profile access to view this report.

- Add Button

- Go to Reports > Owner Accounting > Owner Statement in RMS.
- Select the Date Option.
- Select the Date.

Optional: Select 'More Options'.
- Select the checkbox 'Email Statement if Owner has Email Address'.
- Select 'Build'.

Optional: Select 'More Options'.
Select the checkbox 'Email Statement if Owner has Email Address'.
Select 'Build' to generate the Owner Statements using the selected options.
The Owner Statements will display the Owner Income & Manager Commissions for the selected period.
