Owner Statement Groupings
Setup the Groupings for columns on the Owner Statement in RMS.
Owner Statements will include a summary of Owner Income by the General Ledger Account Code Groupings setup in Owner Accounting Options.

Owner Statements will include a summary of Owner Income by the General Ledger Account Code Groupings setup in Owner Accounting Options.
This setup is for Owner Accounting & Trust Accounting properties.
System Administrators will require Security Profile access to Owner Accounting Options.

Setup
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Accounting > Owner Accounting Options in RMS.
- Select a Property.
- Navigate to the 'Owner Statement' tab.
- Select the G/L Account Code Groupings for each Column.
- Save/Exit.

Navigate to the 'Owner Statement' tab.
Select the G/L Account Code Groupings for each Column.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.
The selected groupings will be reflected on Owner Statements generated for this property.
