    Setup a Service Provider

    Create a Service Provider for Job Maintenance or Event Management in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Service Providers in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter the Service Provider name.
    4. Enter the Contact Details.
    5. Select the Type of Service Provider.
    6. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Service Providers in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new provider.

    Enter the Service Provider name.

    Enter the Contact Details.

    Select the Type of Service Provider.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
