    Guest Profile Photo

    Save a photo on a Guest Profile in RMS.

    The Photo tab on the Guest Profile enables saving an identification photo on the guest record.

    The Photo tab on the Guest Profile enables saving an identification photo on the guest record.

    A single photo can be saved on the Guest Profile 'Photo' tab with additional attachments recorded on the Correspondence tab if required.

    Guest identification scanned using Adria Scan or uploaded by the guest using the Guest Portal will be saved to the Guest Profile 'Photo' tab.



    Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

    1. Go to Reservations > Guest Search in RMS.
    2. Enter the Guest Name and press 'Enter'.
    3. Select an existing Guest Profile and choose 'Edit'.
    4. Navigate to the 'Photo' tab.
    5. Select 'Add Photo'.
    6. Select the Image and choose 'Open'.
    7. Save/Exit.



    Open the Guest Profile from the Reservation Screen by selecting the underlined 'Guest No' on the Guest Number field.

    Go to Reservations > Guest Search in RMS.

    Enter the Guest Name and press 'Enter'.

    Select an existing Guest Profile and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'Photo' tab.

    Select 'Add Photo'.

    Select the Image and choose 'Open'.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the Guest Profile.

    The Guest Photo will be viewable on the Photo tab of the Guest Profile.
