    Guest Account Transfer

    Transfer from a Guest Account to a Reservation Account in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to Reservations > Guest Search in RMS.
    2. Enter the Guest Details and select 'Search'.
    3. Select the required Guest Profile and choose 'Edit'.
    4. Select the 'Account' button.
    5. Select the 'Transfer' menu and choose 'Balance Transfer'.
    6. Select the required Destination Account.
    7. Enter the Amount to Transfer.
    8. Select 'Transfer'.
    9. Confirm.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Reservations > Guest Search in RMS.

    Enter the Guest Details and select 'Search'.

    Select the required Guest Profile and choose 'Edit'.

    Select the 'Account' button.

    Select the 'Transfer' menu and choose 'Balance Transfer'.

    Select the required Destination Account.

    Enter the Amount to Transfer.

    Select 'Transfer'.

    Select 'Yes' to confirm transferring the credit to the selected Reservation Account.


    The Guest Account will show a Credit Refund with the Destination Account Number.

    The Destination Account will show a Credit Transfer Receipt with the Origin Account Number.
