Promotion Dates enable properties using the Guest Rewards module to set periods of time where enrolled guests can accrue extra reward points.

Promotion Dates enable properties using the Guest Rewards module to set periods of time where enrolled guests can accrue extra reward points.
Guest Rewards is an optional module that provides a loyalty points program than can be managed in RMS.
The loyalty program is a points system that can have the point accrual, redemption & depreciation tailored to suit the property's requirements.
Guests can be enrolled into the Guest Rewards program in RMS or enrol themselves on the RMS IBE or in the Guest Portal.
Loyalty is a default System Label that can be customised.
Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Loyalty > Promotion in RMS.
- Select the
'Add' icon. - Enter a Description.
- Select the Start Date.
- Select the End Date.
- Select the Point Type.
- Enter the Promotion Amount.
- Save/Exit.

Go to Loyalty > Promotion in RMS.
Select the 
'Add' icon.
Enter a Description.
Select the Start Date.
Select the End Date.
Select the Point Type.
Enter the Promotion Amount.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.
Reward point accumulation will use the amounts set during the promotion dates in addition to the default point accummulation.
