    Guest Rewards Balance Report

    Reporting on Guest Loyalty Rewards Balances in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to Reports > Loyalty > Balance Report in RMS.
    2. Select 'Build'.

    The Guest Loyalty Rewards Balance Report will include all properties within the database whenever generated.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Reports > Loyalty > Balance Report in RMS.

    Select 'Build' to generate the Guest Loyalty Rewards Balance Report for all properties.

    The Balance Report will include:

    • Guest Name
    • Loyalty Card Number
    • Guest Email Address
    • Guest Reward Points Earned
    • Guest Reward Points Redeemed
    • Guest Reward Point Balance
