Setup Groupings to segment Properties for reporting in RMS.
Property Groupings provide the ability to segment properties into meaningful groups for use with reports in RMS.

Property Groupings provide the ability to segment properties into meaningful groups for use with reports in RMS.
Enterprise customers setup as a Franchise can use Property Groupings to provide alternate property collections to view together on reports.
Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

Setup
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Grouping in RMS.
- Select the 'Add' icon.
- Select the Heading For as 'Property'.
- Enter the Heading.
- Save/Exit.

Select the 'Add' icon.
Select the Heading For as 'Property'.
Enter the Heading.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.
These Property Groupings can be assigned in Property setup and selected on multiple reports in RMS.
