    Setup City Masters

    Setting up City Masters in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > City Master in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter a Code.
    4. Enter a Description.
    5. Enter a Short Description.
    6. Save/Exit.


    City Masters can be allocated to a Company, Guest, Travel Agent or Wholesaler.

    City Masters are also used for Franchise Setup.

    The City Master system label can be customised. See Configure System Labels for more information.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > City Master in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new City Master.

    Enter a Code.

    Enter a Description.

    Enter a Short Description.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
