Delete Guest Correspondence
Delete a record from the Correspondence tab of a Guest Profile in RMS.
Steps Required
- Go to Reservations > Guest Search in RMS.
- Enter the Guest Name and select 'Search'.
- Select the Guest Record and choose 'Edit'.
- Navigate to the 'Correspondence' tab.
- Select the Correspondence Record.
- Select 'Delete'.

Select the Correspondence Record.
Select 'Delete'.
The selected Correspondence Record will be deleted from the Correspondence tab.
