    Corporate Portal Tour

    Use the Corporate Portal available in RMS.

    The Corporate Portal can be used to view or manage reservations at a property using a unique login.

    Information

    The Corporate Portal is an exclusive reservation management area that can be made available to a Company or Travel Agent in RMS.

    A Company or Travel Agent can be setup with a unique login to access the Corporate Portal and manage reservations based on the setup in RMS.

    The display and options available when logged into the Corporate Portal will vary based on the property's setup.



    Copy the below URL and replace 'XXXX' with the property's RMS Client ID to access the Corporate Portal.

    The Corporate Portal can be used to create a new reservation or reservation enquiry.

    Visit the url provided by the property and enter the login details provided to access.

    The fields and options available will vary based on the property setup and all blue fields must be completed before continuing.

    Reservations can only be created for one property at a time.

    Travel Agents can use the Company search on Guest Details to quickly select the appropriate business for the reservation.



    Use the Advanced Search to locate existing reservations and view the reservation information on the Reservation List.



    Manage existing reservations based on the property setup including modifying stay dates and guest details or cancelling a reservation.
