    Setup an Asset in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Asset > Assets in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter the Asset Description.
    4. Enter the Asset Code.
    5. Select the Asset Type.
    6. Enter the Asset Details.
    7. Select the Asset Association.
    8. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Asset > Assets in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new Asset.

    Enter the Asset Description.

    Enter the Asset Code.

    Select the Asset Type.

    Enter the Asset Details.

    Select the Asset Association.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    This Asset will now be available for selection in Asset Maintenance.
