Void a Charge Transfer
Reversing a Charge Transfer completed in RMS.
Steps Required
- Go to the Account in RMS where the charges were transferred to.
- Select a Transferred Charge.
- Right click the charge and select 'Void Transaction'.
- Repeat as needed.

Right click the charge and select 'Void Transaction'.
Repeat as needed until all incorrectly transferred charges have been voided from the account.
