    TripAdvisor TripConnect

    Setup the connection to TripAdvisor TripConnect in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Setup the RMS Internet Booking Engine for the property.
    2. Setup Category Long Descriptions.
    3. Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.
    4. Select a Property and choose 'Edit'.
    5. Navigate to the 'Property Information' tab.
    6. Enter the Property's TripAdvisor ID.
    7. Update the Property Email.
    8. Save/Exit.
    9. Sign up for TripConnect.

    Info

    The Property Name, Address, Email Address & TripAdvisor ID must match in RMS and TripAdvisor for this connection to work.

    Warning

    TripAdvisor is not available for Vacation Rentals or Sites.
