Display Concessional GST in the Quoted Rate

Setup to display the Quoted Rate reflecting Concessional GST in RMS.

Steps Required

Have your System Administrator complete the following.

Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.
Navigate to the 'GST' tab.
Select the checkbox 'Show GST Reduced Rate in Quote'.
Save/Exit.
Log out of RMS.

This option enables RMS to update the displayed Quoted Rate with the GST reduced value if the reservation is set to or meets the criteria for Reduced GST.

This change will apply to all future reservations or existing reservations where 'Yes' is selected on the Recalculate Rate prompt.

To apply this change to all existing reservations use the Recalculate Future Rates tool.

Warning

The Recalculate Future Rates tool will generate a new Quoted Rate for the reservations using the current Rate Setup including Dynamic Pricing by Occupancy with the current occupancy if applicable.
