User Access to Send Correspondence
Setup a Security Profile to allow access to sending correspondence in RMS.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Users > Security Profiles in RMS.
- Select an existing Security Profile and choose 'Edit'.
- Expand the 'General' Function Menu.
- Select 'Allow' on the 'Allow Access to Sending Correspondence' Function.
- Save/Exit.
Visual Guide
Go to Setup > Users > Security Profiles in RMS.




Users with this Security Profile will now have access to 'Send Out' correspondence in RMS.
