Backup Policy
Information on database backups taken as part of the RMS Data Security Policy.
Regular backups of RMS Cloud customer's databases are taken and securely stored as part of the RMS Data Security Policy.

| Archive | The RMS Archive Process runs continually on all databases to actively maintain 36 months of data. Excess data is automatically archived and stored securely for 7 years to ensure full compliance with local statuatory obligations on the storage of financial and business records. |

| Offsite | Daily backups of the data are transferred to a remote facility in a separate geographical location to reduce the risk of data loss in the unlikely event of a catastrophe. | |
