Assign a Dashboard
Assign a Dashboard to a Security Profile in RMS.
Dashboards can be assigned to Security Profiles to control which Dashboards a user group has access to.

The Dashboard provides a visual snapshot of selected data for one or multiple properties that can be customised to suit user preferences.
Custom Dashboards can be created using the wide range of widgets available, these dashboards can then be assigned to selected Security Profiles to limit user groups to only accessing the Dashboards as determined by their System Administrator.
Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Dashboards (BETA) in the Side Menu of RMS.
- Select the
'Assign to Profile' icon. - Select a Dashboard.
- Select the Security Profiles.
- Save/Exit.

Go to Dashboards (BETA) in the Side Menu of RMS.
Select the 
'Assign to Profile' icon.
Select a Dashboard.
Select the Security Profiles.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and return to the Dashboard view.
Users with a selected Security Profile will only have access to the Dashboards assigned to their user group.
