    Apply an Add On to a Reservation

    Applying an Add On to an existing reservation.


    What is an Add On?

    An Add On is a type of Category that allows for tracking inventory on extra spaces or items that can be booked with a reservation, such as car parks, roll away beds or portable cots.


    Steps Required

    1. Open the Reservation in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Add Ons' tab and choose 'Add' button.
    3. Choose an Add On Type, Add On, dates required and Sundry.
    4. Save/Exit.


    Visual Guide

    Open the reservation in RMS and navigate to the Add Ons tab.

    Select the 'Add Button'.

    Choose an Add On Type and select an Add On.

    Select the required dates and choose if this Add On should appear on the Housekeepers Report for the start and end dates.

    Select a Sundry Charge, adjust the charge amount and choose if this is a daily charge.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to apply this Add On to the reservation.

    Any Add Ons that have been applied to the reservation will be listed on the reservation's Add On tab.
