Extended Stay Rate Additional Guests
Setup charges for additional guests on Extended Stay Rates in RMS.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.
- Select 'Rates' and choose 'Rate Tables'.
- Select an Extended Stay Rate Table and choose 'Edit'.
- Navigate to the 'Additionals' tab.
- Select 'Extended Stay'.
- Enter the Nightly Additional Guest Price.
- Enter the Weekly Additional Guest Price.
- Enter the Monthly Additional Guest Price.
- Save/Exit.
Visual Guide
Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.
Select 'Rates' and choose 'Rate Tables'.
Select an Extended Stay Rate Table and choose 'Edit'.
Navigate to the 'Additionals' tab.
Select 'Extended Stay'.
Enter the Nightly Additional Guest Price.
Enter the Weekly Additional Guest Price.
Enter the Monthly Additional Guest Price.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
