Setup the rule used to calculate occupancy for Dynamic Pricing & Restrictions in RMS.

Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.
- Select the 'Edit' icon on an existing Property.
- Navigate to the 'Options' tab.
- Select the Occupancy option.
- Save/Exit.

Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.
Select the 
'Edit' icon on an existing Property.
Navigate to the 'Options' tab.
Select the Occupancy option.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.
The selection made will determine if Property Occupancy or Category Occupancy is used for occupancy based rules on Dynamic Pricing and Restrictions.
It will also affect what occupancy is displayed in the 'Occupancy' row on charts in RMS.
Information
Property Occupancy uses the total occupancy percentage across all Categories at the property to determine if the criteria for occupancy based rules on Dynamic Pricing and Restrictions have been met as well as for display purposes on the Availability Chart, Booking Chart & Rate Manager Chart.
Category Occupancy only uses the occupancy percentage for the specific Category to determine if the criteria for occupancy based rules on Dynamic Pricing and Restrictions have been met as well as for display purposes on the Availability Chart, Booking Chart & Rate Manager Chart.
Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.
