    Information for Integration Partners connecting to RMS.

    Decision Tree

    As an Approved Partner, use the Partner Portal to submit service requests and manage your connected products.

    Submit Module

    1. Log into the RMS Partner Portal.
    2. Select 'Submit Module'.
    3. Select the Module Type.
    4. Enter a Module Description.
    5. Select 'Next'.
    6. Upload 4 Images.
    7. Select 'Next'.
    8. Review & Update the Contact Information.
    9. Select 'Preview Module'.
    10. Review the Module Preview.
    11. Select 'Submit Module'.



    Newly submitted modules will remain as 'Pending Approval' until they have been reviewed by RMS.

    Log into the RMS Partner Portal.

    Select 'Submit Module'.

    Select the Module Type.

    Enter a Module Description.

    Select 'Next'.

    Upload 4 Images and select 'Next'.

    Review & Update the Contact Information.

    Select 'Preview Module'.

    Review the Module Preview.


    Select 'Submit Module'.


    The module will remain as 'Pending Approval' unti reviewed by RMS.

    Service Request

    1. Log into the RMS Partner Portal.
    2. Select the 'Add' icon.
    3. Enter the Contact Details.
    4. Select the Contact Preference.
    5. Enter the Request Summary.
    6. Enter the Description.
    7. Optional: Add Attachments.
    8. Select the Priority.
    9. Save.



    A Service Request number will be provided on save and a Customer Support representative will be allocated to the Service Request.

    Log into the RMS Partner Portal.

    Select the 'Add' icon.

    Enter the Contact Details.

    Select the Contact Preference.

    Enter the Request Summary.

    Enter the Description.

    Optional: Add Attachments.

    Select the Priority.

    Select 'Save' to submit the Service Request.

    A Service Request number will be provided on save and a Customer Support representative will be allocated to the Service Request.

    Forgot Password

    1. Visit the RMS Partner Portal.
    2. Select 'Forgot Your Password'.
    3. Enter the Email Address.
    4. Select 'Request'.
    5. Open Password Reset Email and choose 'Change Password'.
    6. Enter a New Password.
    7. Confirm New Password.
    8. Select 'Change Password'.

    Visit the RMS Partner Portal.

    Select 'Forgot Your Password'.

    Enter the Email Address and select 'Request'.

    Open Password Reset Email and choose 'Change Password'.

    Enter a New Password and confirm.

    Select 'Change Password'.

    The password will now be updated and can be used to log into the RMS Partner Portal.
