    Information for Integration Partners connecting to RMS.

    The Partner Portal allows vendors of third party applications to submit a request to become an Integrated Partner with RMS.

    Approved Partners can use the portal to manage their information and connected products displayed to customers in the RMS Module Market.

    New Partners

    The Partner Portal allows vendors of third party applications to submit a request to become an Integrated Partner with RMS.

    Approved Partners can use the portal to manage their information and connected products displayed to customers in the RMS Module Market.


    A Developer Kit is required to connect to live RMS customers.

    Sign Up

    1. Visit the RMS Partner Portal.
    2. Select 'Sign Up'.
    3. Review the Terms & Conditions.
    4. Select the checkbox and choose 'Sign Up'.
    5. Enter the Company Details and choose 'Next'.
    6. Create a Strong Password and select 'Sign Up'.



    RMS will review the company information provided and products offered on the company website for compatibility with RMS before approving a new partner.

    Approved partners can log into the Partner Portal to add and manage products to the RMS Module Market to be purchased by RMS customers.

    Visit the RMS Partner Portal.

    Select 'Sign Up'.

    Review the Terms & Conditions.

    Select the checkbox and choose 'Sign Up'.

    Enter the Company Details and choose 'Next'.

    Create a Strong Password and select 'Sign Up'.

    The completed form will be reviewed by RMS.

    Existing Partners

    Existing and newly approved partners can log into the RMS Partner Portal to add and manage the products available to RMS customers in the Module Market.

    The RMS Partner Portal also provides Integrated Partners direct access to customer support with the ability to log and manage Service Requests.

    Submit Module

    1. Log into the RMS Partner Portal.
    2. Select 'Submit Module'.
    3. Select the Module Type.
    4. Enter a Module Description.
    5. Select 'Next'.
    6. Upload 4 Images.
    7. Select 'Next'.
    8. Review & Update the Contact Information.
    9. Select 'Preview Module'.
    10. Review the Module Preview.
    11. Select 'Submit Module'.



    Newly submitted modules will remain as 'Pending Approval' until they have been reviewed by RMS.

    Log into the RMS Partner Portal.

    Select 'Submit Module'.

    Select the Module Type.

    Enter a Module Description.

    Select 'Next'.

    Upload 4 Images and select 'Next'.

    Review & Update the Contact Information.

    Select 'Preview Module'.

    Review the Module Preview.


    Select 'Submit Module'.


    The module will remain as 'Pending Approval' unti reviewed by RMS.

    Service Request

    1. Log into the RMS Partner Portal.
    2. Select the 'Add' icon.
    3. Enter the Contact Details.
    4. Select the Contact Preference.
    5. Enter the Request Summary.
    6. Enter the Description.
    7. Optional: Add Attachments.
    8. Select the Priority.
    9. Save.



    A Service Request number will be provided on save and a Customer Support representative will be allocated to the Service Request.

    Select the 'Add' icon.

    Enter the Contact Details.

    Select the Contact Preference.

    Enter the Request Summary.

    Enter the Description.

    Optional: Add Attachments.

    Select the Priority.

    Select 'Save' to submit the Service Request.

    A Service Request number will be provided on save and a Customer Support representative will be allocated to the Service Request.

    Forgot Password

    1. Visit the RMS Partner Portal.
    2. Select 'Forgot Your Password'.
    3. Enter the Email Address.
    4. Select 'Request'.
    5. Open Password Reset Email and choose 'Change Password'.
    6. Enter a New Password.
    7. Confirm New Password.
    8. Select 'Change Password'.

    Visit the RMS Partner Portal.

    Select 'Forgot Your Password'.

    Enter the Email Address and select 'Request'.

    Open Password Reset Email and choose 'Change Password'.

    Enter a New Password and confirm.

    Select 'Change Password'.

    The password will now be updated and can be used to log into the RMS Partner Portal.
