    Enable the Parki Interface

    Activating the Parki interface in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have the System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.
    2. Select a Property and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Navigate to the 'Options' tab.
    4. Select the checkbox 'Parki'.
    5. Save/Exit.

    Info

    The Property will need to already be setup with an account with Parki prior to enabling the interface in RMS.

    This interface is only available to properties in Australia & New Zealand with a System Type of Caravan Park, Hotel or Motel.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.

    Select a Property and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'Options' tab.

    Select the checkbox 'Parki'.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    RMS will automatically begin sending the export data to Parki at the designated time.
