    Information

The Maintenance utility enables properties to manage maintenance requirements for Areas in RMS.

A Maintenance Reservation can be created for an Area to put them offline and prevent any bookings.

Notes can be added to the Maintenance Reservation to indicate the reason for the Area being put offline and a date range set to indicate the length of time the Area is to remain unavailable.

Releasing a Maintenance Reservation will change the Area to 'Inspect' status to alert Housekeeping that attention is required and ends the offline period for the Area allowing reservations to be created and assigned.

Category, Area & Maintenance are default System Labels that can be customised.

Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.
