    Append a Service Request

    Append Service Request enables users to provide additional information on an existing Service Request.

    Information

    Append Service Request can be used to provide additional information for the Service Request or respond to the RMS Customer Support team.

    Information

    Append Service Request enables users to provide additional information on an existing Service Request.

    Additional information may be requested by the assigned Customer Support team member or be provided at the user's discretion.



    Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

    Use

    1. Go to Help > Service Requests in RMS.
    2. Select a Status.
    3. Select the Service Request.
    4. Select ‘Append’.
    5. Enter the Additional Information.
    6. Optional: Add Attachments.
      1. Select the  'Add' icon.
      2. Select the Attachment and choose 'Open'.
    7. Select 'Append'.
    8. Select 'Ok'.

    Go to Help > Service Requests in RMS.

    Select a Status.

    Select the Service Request.

    Select ‘Append’.

    Enter the Additional Information.

    Optional: Add Attachments.

    Select the  'Add' icon, choose the Attachment and select 'Open'.

    Select 'Append'.

    Select 'Ok'.

    The updated information will be available to the assigned Customer Support team member.
