Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.

Contact HDFC Bank and request Merchant Services.

Log a Service Request and request activation of the HDFC Payment Gateway in RMS. Include the Property's HDFC Bank Merchant ID & Transportal ID.

Once Merchant Services are activated with HDFC Bank and a Service Request has been logged including the property's HDFC Bank Merchant ID & Transportal ID, an RMS Customer Service team member will complete the required interface steps and confirm to the property.
