Guest Portal: Exclude Travel Agents
Exclude Travel Agent reservations from Guest Portal Payments in RMS.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.
- Navigate to the 'Check-in' tab.
- Select the Travel Agents and choose the '>' button.
- Save.

Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.
Navigate to the 'Check-in' tab.
Select the Travel Agents and choose the '>' button.
Select 'Save' to store the changes made.
Reservations with the selected Travel Agent will not prompt the guest for payment in the Guest Portal during Pre Check-in or Self Check-in.
