Pattern Matches are the field combinations to be used when determining if Guest Profiles are a match and need to be combined together.

Depending on the information captured at the Property, a range of Pattern Matches have been made available in the Utility.

The following combinations are currently available in the Guest Merge Utility:

• Surname + Given + Email
• Surname + Given + Mobile
• Surname + Given + Post Code
• Surname + Given + Member No
• Surname + Given + Passport No
• Surname + Email
• Surname + Mobile
• Surname + Member No
• Surname + Passport No
• Surname + Given + Address Line 1
