    Privacy Policy

    Setup a Privacy Policy in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Privacy Policy in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter a Description.
    4. Enter the content.
    5. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Privacy Policy in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new policy.

    Enter a description for the new privacy policy.

    Enter the content of the property's Privacy Policy.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
