Information on Blind Refunds in RMS.
Blind Refunds are available to customers connected with BridgePay or OpenEdge payment gateways in RMS.
Once activated on the payment gateway account this option can be enabled in RMS and will remove the limitation of only refunding the exact value initially charged to the card via the payment gateway.
Blind Refunds permit users to refund any nominated value through the payment gateway to any available credit card token.
