    User Locked out of RMS Vault

    Reactivating users locked out of RMS Vault after too many incorrect password attempts in RMS.

    When a user enters the incorrect password for retrieving an RMS Vault Token the below message will be displayed.

    If the user continues to enter incorrect passwords and uses up all password attempts, the user will be locked out of RMS Vault.

    Once the user sees the above message they must Contact RMS Support to have their RMS Vault User unlocked.


    To avoid being locked out of RMS Vault, select 'I've forgotten my Password' to complete a password reset if the password has been forgotten.
