    Guest Names Are Not Displaying for Reservations on the Booking Chart

    Troubleshooting

    1. Open the Booking Chart in RMS.
    2. Check the option selected in the 'Text' drop down is set to 'Name', 'Surname' or 'Title Given Surname'.
    3. Exit the Booking Chart to store change of preferences.

    Open the Booking Chart in RMS.

    Ensure the 'Text' drop down has Name, Surname or Title Given Surname as the selected option.

    Exit the Booking Chart to store the changes to user preferences.
