    Setup Automated Sending of Emails

    Setting up Triggered Correspondence for emails in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Correspondence > Triggered Correspondence in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter a Description.
    4. Select 'Email' as the method.
    5. Select a Form Letter to be emailed.
    6. Choose any required Additional Rules.
    7. Select and Enter the Trigger for sending the email.
    8. Select the Recipients.
    9. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Correspondence > Triggered Correspondence in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new Triggered Correspondence Rule.

    Enter a Description.

    Select 'Email' as the method.

    Select a Form Letter to be emailed.

    Choose any required Additional Rules.

    Select and Enter the Trigger for sending the email.

    Select the Recipients to receive these emails.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
