    Setup Automated Guest Survey Emails

    Setting up Triggered Correspondence for the NPS Survey in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Correspondence > Triggered Correspondence in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter a Description for the Triggered Correspondence Rule.
    4. Select 'Email' as the Send Format.
    5. Select the Form Letter setup for the NPS Survey.
    6. Set the Triggered Rule for when to send the NPS Survey.
    7. Select the recipients.
    8. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Correspondence > Triggered Correspondence in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new Triggered Correspondence Rule.

    Enter a Description for the Triggered Correspondence Rule.

    Select 'Email' as the Send Format.

    Select the Form Letter setup for the NPS Survey.

    Set the Triggered Rule for when to send the NPS Survey.

    Tip

    Set the NPS Survey to send a day or two after the guest's stay to avoid any awkward occurrences of the guest receiving the survey invitation before leaving the reception area, whilst sending it early enough the guest's still have their fond memories of staying at the property.

    Select the recipients.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    The NPS Survey created will now send to guests at the set time automatically from RMS.
