    Setup a Pre Arrival Email to Guests

    Configure Triggered Correspondence for a pre-arrival email to Guests in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Correspondence > Triggered in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter a Triggered Rule Description.
    4. Select 'Email' as the Delivery Method.
    5. Select the required EDM Campaign or Form Letter.
    6. Select the checkbox 'Only Include Confirmed Status'.
    7. Select and Enter the required Period.
    8. Select When as 'Before' and Action as 'Res - Arrival'.
    9. Select the required Recipients.
    10. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Correspondence > Triggered in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new Triggered Correspondence Rule.

    Enter a Triggered Rule Description.

    Select 'Email' as the Delivery Method.


    Select the required EDM Campaign or Form Letter.

    Select the checkbox 'Only Include Confirmed Status'.

    Select and Enter the required Period.

    Select When as 'Before' and Action as 'Res - Arrival'.

    Select the required Recipients.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
