    Tour Extras

    Setup optional extras for Tours in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Tour Desk > Tours in RMS.
    2. Select an existing Tour and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Navigate to the 'Optional Extras' tab.
    4. Select 'Add'.
    5. Enter the Description.
    6. Enter the Amount to Charge.
    7. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Tour Desk > Tours in RMS.

    Select an existing Tour and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'Optional Extras' tab.

    Select 'Add' to create a new Optional Extra.

    Enter the Description.

    Enter the Amount to Charge.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
