Enable Smart Printing for a User
Activating Smart Printing for a User Profile in RMS.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Users > User Information in RMS.
- Select a User Profile and choose 'Edit'.
- Select the checkbox 'Use Smart Printing'.
- Select the required Default Print Profile.
- Save/Exit.

Go to Setup > Users > User Information in RMS.
Select a User Profile and choose 'Edit'.
Select the checkbox 'Use Smart Printing'.
Select the required Default Print Profile.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
This user will now have the option to activate Smart Printing in their user session, allowing them to print quicker to the selected default printers on the chosen Print Profile.
