Have your System Administrator complete the following.
Go to Setup > Property Options > General Information in RMS.
Navigate to the 'Options' tab.
Select the checkbox 'Use Credit Card'.
Enter the Number of Days After Departure to Remove Credit Card Details.
Enter the Number of Days After Guest Creation (No Reservation) to Remove Credit Card Details.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
Credit Card information added to a Guest Profile will now automatically be removed from RMS after the specified number of days.
