Setup a Void Reason
Adding new Void Reasons in RMS.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Reasons in RMS.
- Select 'Add'.
- Enter a Reason Code.
- Enter the Reason Description.
- Enter a Short Description.
- Select Associated To as 'Voiding Transaction'.
- Save/Exit.
Visual Guide
Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Reasons in RMS.
Select 'Add' to create a new Reason.
Enter a Reason Code.
Enter the Reason Description.
Enter a Short Description.
Select Associated To as 'Voiding Transaction'.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
