    Setup a Special Event

    Setting up Special Event dates in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Special Events in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter a Description.
    4. Select a Colour.
    5. Select the Special Event Dates.
    6. Choose a Property.
    7. Enter any additional Notes.
    8. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Special Events in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new Special Event.

    Enter a Description.

    Select a Colour to represent this Special Event on Charts in RMS.

    Select the Special Event Dates.

    Choose a Property.

    Enter any additional Notes.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    Special Events created here will display in the Special Events row on each Chart available in RMS.
