    Setup a Market Segment on a Channel Connection

    Setting up a Market Segment against a Channel Connection in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Manager in RMS.
    2. Select the Connected Channel and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Navigate to the 'Options' or 'Channel Mapping' tab.
    4. Select the Market Segment.
    5. Save/Exit.

    Depending on the channel selected the required tab will display as 'Options' or 'Channel Mapping'.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Manager in RMS.

    Select the Connected Channel and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'Options' or 'Channel Mapping' tab.

    Select the Market Segment.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
