    Setup a Booking Source

    Creating a new Booking Source in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Booking Source in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter the Booking Source Code.
    4. Enter the Booking Source Description.
    5. Select a Colour.
    6. Save/Exit.

    Booking Source is a system label that can be customised. See Configure System Labels for more information.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Booking Source in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new Booking Source.

    Enter the Booking Source Code.

    Enter the Booking Source Description.

    Select a Colour to represent Reservations with this Booking Source on the Booking Chart.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
