    Disable Property Overbooking

    Setup a Property to not allow overbooking in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.
    2. Select a Property and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Select the checkbox 'Do Not Oversell Property'.
    4. Save/Exit.

    All Categories setup with the Class of Accommodation will contribute to the available 'Property Inventory' when calculating if a Category level Oversell Allotment can apply.

    Setting this option will prevent the Property being oversold. To set a cap of the amount the property can be oversold instead, see Set a Max Property Oversell Amount.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.

    Select a Property and choose 'Edit'.

    Select the checkbox 'Do Not Oversell Property'.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
