    Enable Pencil Reservations

    Setup to allow Pencil Reservations in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Property Options > General Information in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Reservations' tab.
    3. Select the checkbox 'Allow Pencil Reservations'.
    4. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Property Options > General Information in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'Reservations' tab.

    Select the checkbox 'Allow Pencil Reservations'.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    Users will now have the option to Create a Pencil Reservation.
