    Configure General Information

    Setting up with database options for the first time in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Property Options > General Information in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Options' tab.
    3. Select the relevant System Type.
    4. Select the Time Increment Areas will be booked by.
    5. Select the Country Running From.
    6. Save/Exit.

    Enterprise databases with a head office or central reservations office should select the Country Running From as the Country location of the head office or central reservations team.
    Individual Property locations are recorded on the Property Information.


    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    Log out of RMS to allow the database to update with the changes made.
