    Setup Groupings on the Owner Statement

    Setting up the column groupings for the Owner Statement in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Owner Accounting' tab.
    3. Select the 'Owner Statement' tab.
    4. Select the required General Ledger Account Code Groupings.
    5. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'Owner Accounting' tab.

    Select the 'Owner Statement' tab.

    Select the required General Ledger Account Code Groupings.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    The selected GL Code Groupings will be used on the Owner Statement to report the Income & Income Expenses.
