    Setup an Owner's Banking Details

    Adding banking details to an Owner in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to Reservations > Guest Search in RMS.
    2. Select the Guest Type of 'Owner'.
    3. Search.
    4. Select the required Owner and choose 'Edit'.
    5. Navigate to the 'Banking' tab.
    6. Select 'Add'.
    7. Enter the Owner's Bank Details.
    8. Save/Exit.

    Info

    If there are existing Owner Contracts for this Owner prior to adding the banking details, the Owner Contracts will require updating once banking details have been added.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Reservations > Guest Search in RMS.

    Select the Guest Type of 'Owner'.

    Enter the search criteria and select 'Search'.

    Select the required Owner and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'Banking' tab.

    Select 'Add'.

    Enter the Owner's Bank Details.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
