    Setup a Password for Owners

    Setting up a password to give owners access to the Owner Portal in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Reservation > Guest Search in RMS.
    2. Select Guest Type of 'Owner'.
    3. Enter the Search Criteria and select 'Search'.
    4. Select the Owner Profile and choose 'Edit'.
    5. Enter an Online Password.
    6. Save/Exit.

    Go to Reservation > Guest Search in RMS.

    Select Guest Type of 'Owner'.

    Enter the Search Criteria and select 'Search'.

    Select the Owner Profile and choose 'Edit'.

    Enter an Online Password.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made to the Owner's Profile.

    This Owner will now be able to log into the Owner Portal.
